I am Art

Decided to push towards commercialism and has been promoting this other artists’ collective called “I Am Art”. Was featured on last week’s Washington Post’s style section. Mass distribution of stickers to promote this man. When Steven came here, he wanted to change his style – spent the summer of thinking how to be different so when he got back, he would progress. He became more involved in documenting him. This “Art-Man”.

Timothy Druckrey: The strategy of self-promotion: Jeff Koons, Andy Warhol, DuChamp – to modify the perception/expectations for the art-world. How do you show this in a coherent way?

Note: Steven has decided to completely ignore the history of photography in order to create an identity and learn about his own style.
